Quantitative Gas Analysis

Systems for Gas Analysis ApplicationsGas Analysis Applications

A range of quantitative gas analysis systems: stable, sensitive and responsive for real-time analysis of multiple gas and vapor species with dynamic range from ppb to 100%. Hiden Analytical has been designing and developing the highest quality quadrupole mass spectrometer based gas analysis systems since 1981. They have built a reputation for delivering instruments with superior sensitivity, accuracy and reproducibility together with a first-class global service and applications support network. Hiden gas analysis systems provide for real-time analysis of almost any gas and vapor including: hydrogen, nitrogen, ammonia, hydrogen sulphide, water, oxygen, nitric oxides, sulphur oxides, hydrocarbons, fluorocarbons, VOCs, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, deuterium, argon, helium, xenon, krypton, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, deuterated compounds, methane, ethanol, methanol, butane, propane, propene, neon…

QGA

A compact bench-top system for real time gas and vapour analysis.

QGA
  • Simplified set up and operation from template files
  • Real-time graphical and tabular data displays
  • Automatic calibration with background correction
  • Quantitative data output and data export for up to 16 species
  • OPC data available as raw data or %/ppm quantitative output
  • Gas/vapor mass spectral library with intelligent scan feature
  • Precise fragmentation pattern recording
  • Automatic subtraction of spectral overlaps

Compact Gas Analysers

For less demanding applications Hiden Analytical offers compact gas analyzers.

Compact Gas Analysers
  • The compact systems include an integral membrane pump backing/by-pass pump in place of the external scroll pump
  • The vacuum pumping system, sample inlet system and quadrupole mass spectrometer included in Hiden gas analysis systems are carefully selected for optimum performance for specific applications
  • The membrane pump combination used in the compact gas analysis systems is recommended for less demanding applications where light gases, fastest speed of response, and analysis of corrosive gas mixtures are not included in the scope of the analysis requirement
  • Available in bench-top, cart-mounted or rack-mount configurations
